Launch support covers theme, process, communications content, and online execution—not full event production. A launch without a script, however large the venue, is still an internal celebration; we connect the day’s expression, media coordination, and post-event content into one line.
A mid-size online launch typically needs 3 to 6 weeks of prep. Offline venue rental, build, and security follow your existing arrangements and are not included in communications support by default.
For companies that need a full communications chain for brand days, product days, or major moments.
Fit moments
Product ready, no script
Launch day is close, but speaking structure, countdown, and media invites are not formed. A launch without a script, however large the venue, is still an internal celebration. A mid-size online launch typically needs 3 to 6 weeks of prep.
Online launch
You need theme, viewing path, captions or translation, and inquiry entry points. Offline venue rental, build, and security follow your arrangements and are not included in communications support by default.
Still need to be seen after the event
The live end is not the communications end. You need report materials, clips, and social summaries so people who were not there can still verify what was said that day.
How authorization moves
Theme and rundown
Write countdown, speaking structure, and live or online segments, marking who owns each block. After the rundown is confirmed, content and materials prepare to that table.
Content and materials
Hero visual, speech points, and on-site materials checklist—names and figures match confirmed messaging. Unconfirmed promises are not written into speeches.
Guest and media coordination
Coordinate to authorization and calendars. No outbound naming before confirmation, and intended invites are not written as already present. The coordination list only includes confirmed segments; absences and reschedules are noted separately.
Post-event distribution
Deliver report materials, clips, and social summaries with facts matching live-confirmed statements. People who were not there can verify what was said that day from this pack—not rewrite from memory.
Deliverable content
Event communications plan and rundown
An executable timeline and ownership map. Event production, build, and equipment, if needed, are marked in the plan as excluded or separately billed.
On-site content support
Text and visuals provided against the checklist. Extra pages and overtime outside the checklist are not included by default. Names, figures, and titles used live match confirmed messaging.
Post-event content pack
Report-draft materials, summaries, and clip suggestions—marking what may be quoted publicly. Materials map to segments that actually happened; speeches that did not occur are not added.
