Basic compliance pre-review is a risk flag and revision recommendation pass on copy, posters, and pages about to go public. It helps reduce obviously inappropriate phrasing and adds one more pre-publish check.
It does not constitute legal advice, audit conclusions, or administrative permit agency. Lines involving returns, credentials, comparisons, or restricted businesses may be recommended for deletion, addition, or fact confirmation with you. If you need a lawyer’s opinion, engage counsel separately.
For basic read-through before press releases, website copy, event materials, or outdoor screens go live.
When you need this
Before publish or launch
Copy is written; someone needs to read it again against common public-communications risks. A single piece typically takes 3 to 7 business days. This is risk flags and revision recommendations—not legal advice or approval proof.
Outdoor and event materials
Large screens and on-site visuals have short dwell time, so absolute claims hurt more. We review on-screen text as well—not only headlines. Multiple materials are scheduled against a checklist.
Credentials or comparisons involved
Lines that mention licenses, returns, “first,” or named comparisons need to be pulled back to checkable phrasing. If you need a lawyer’s opinion, engage counsel separately.
How we verify
Full read-through
Read copy, on-screen text, and page disclaimers by channel. Review scope follows materials you submit; unsubmitted pages are not in the opinion.
Flag risk points
Separate recommend-delete/revise, recommend-add, and recommend-confirm-with-you facts. Flags are communications-level prompts—not legal advice or audit conclusions.
Recommend a publishable version
Deliver a revision comparison and a suggested publish version for your final confirmation. Suggested lines you have not confirmed are not treated as already publishable.
What remains after organizing
Pre-review opinion and annotations
Marked-up materials and a written note stating this is not an administrative permit or legal opinion. Opinions are tagged delete/revise, add, or pending-your-confirmation so you know which line to handle first.
Revision comparison
Original and suggested lines side by side so you can keep, revise, or delete. Positions of original lines are preserved so design or editors do not hunt the whole draft.
Suggested publish version
After your confirmation, usable as the execution draft. Confirmation records and version numbers are retained. Unconfirmed suggested lines are not mixed into this version so the wrong draft is not published.
